I am sure you are all aware of the new Healthy Homes Standards and what that means for a rental property. We at Just Property Services are here to assist and to make the process as easy as possible for you. We offer a full assessment of the property to show where it meets compliance and where work may be required to ensure that it can meet compliance before the deadline. Once we have assessed the property we provide you with a full report showing evidence of both the compliant and non-compliant, we additionally include statements for any exemptions that may apply. We at no additional cost to you then proceed to get quotes on the items that may require repair, upgrade, replacement or installation of new, from independent contractors and furnish you with these quotes so that you have a good idea of the cost involved to ensure the property meets compliance. The quotes carry no obligation and it is a free value adding service that we offer to our clients. 

We use a purpose built application to assess your property for compliance. 

We tailor our service to your requirements from how you would like the assessments booked in, to how you would like your reports to look.

 Based in Christchurch we service the full Canterbury district as well as the above areas and surrounds. We visit by appointment, please note that we require a minimum number of assessments in an area to set appointments, if you have a single property to be assessed we can arrange this on a scheduled day for that area. We will arrange in advance available days in each area for re-visits where required, Surcharge may apply to re-visits where they cannot be booked on one of our pre-scheduled days.

Insulation Standard Where you have a previous insulation assessment please provide this and we will include the details in our insulation segment, we will however still check your insulation to make sure it is compliant or still compliant if you have had it assessed recently and take photographs as record of evidence.
