Healthy Home assessments

We offer a healthy home assessment for the criteria set out in the Residential tenancies (healthy homes standards) regulations 2019

Property manager or landlord with multiple properties $200 Incl. GST
Private one off $250 incl. GST

Smoke Alarms

We offer smoke alarm assessment, installation and replacement we offer a full professional report for compliance

Water extraction and drying

We offer a water extraction service following a burst HWC or other leak, we then place commercial dehumidifier and heat fan dryer which we check on at regular intervals until the property is dry. We offer carpet cleaning after such an event where necessary. Please enquire for further details.

Carpet Cleaning

We offer a full carpet cleaning service to which you can add a stain removal treatment to attempt removal where possible, we use high quality Comercial products to ensure that we do our best to remove stains. Our carpet cleaning service starts at just $99 and will depend on the size of the property and the level of dirt to be removed. Please enquire for further details.


We are constantly working on ways to better service our clients, we are currently learning new skills and developing relationships with suppliers to offer a range of contaminant testing. We hope to announce our new services very soon.

We are taking precautions to ensure the safety of both our staff and our clients, all current services are provided only where we are able to do so without contact. Urgent services linked to health and safety to be carried out like Smoke alarms will require safe distancing practices this means that we please need to maintain a two metre distance at all times, our team will be equiped with PPE (Masks, gloves & shoe covers, we will also carry with us products to sanitise anything we may need to touch, this includes if you are not home door handles, keys and light switches.
